Official Rules for the Streetking Motorsports 2019 10th Anniversary Roadking Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
The Streetking Motorsports 2019 Roadking Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Streetking Motorsports, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Streetking Motorsports, located at 351 Gees Mill Business Pkwy NE Conyers, GA 30013.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Dec. 27 2024, 11:00 A.M. (EST) Eastern Standard Time and ends on or about May 11, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. (EST) Eastern Standard Time. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
1. Purchase Entry: Eligible participants who purchase Tickets/Entries from Streetking Motorsports during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) automatic entry per purchase.

2. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your full name, complete address, valid email address, telephone number, and the words “2019 Roadking Giveaway” on a 3”x5” postcard (No Envelopes) and mail it to:

• 351 Gees Mill Business Pkwy Ne Conyers, GA 30013
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 1, 2025 and received by May 11, 2025 to be eligible.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:
• A 2019 Harley-Davidson Roadking motorcycle. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $40,000.00
The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution is allowed, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about May 11, 2025. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 5 days of notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and any other necessary documentation within 5 days. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, you grant Streetking Motorsports the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return a W-9 form and will receive a 1099 form for the value of the prize.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Streetking Motorsports, its affiliates, and any promotional partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
11. General Conditions
Streetking Motorsports reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Streetking Motorsports reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.streetkingmotorsports.com/privacy-policy
13. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction], under the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Winners List

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
